Enjoy an engaging tour of the Cēsu Alus brewery in Cēsis, where more than 400 years of brewing tradition meet modern technologies.
During the story and tour, participants get to know the beer brewing process from raw ingredients to the finished product – from barley, malt, hops and water to fermentation, maturation and filling.
The tour offers insight into both historic development and modern technologies that ensure high quality and efficient production. The tour can be combined with any tasting set.
After the tour, we offer you the chance to enjoy a glass of beer or an alcohol-free drink at the Beer House, together with snacks offered by Kest restaurant.
